At Dimension, we believe in being up front about what we charge, rather than wasting your time with sales visits before you get to the bottom line. This is why we include details of our Charges here.

We also offer a number of Payment Schemes to allow you maximum flexibility with your budget. We understand the importance of cash flow, so you can pick whichever payment method suits you best.

We also offer Discounts to home users and charitable organisations.

Charges

Initial Consultation
FREE - Your first consulation will not be charged, and gives you an opportunity to meet us, and lets us see your current IT setup. We will make recommendations and suggestions based on this first meeting. (Business customers only. Please note any actual work carried out during the initial consultation will be charged as normal.)

Standard Hourly Rate (Business Customers)
£30 per hour in half hour increments.

Standard Hourly Rate (Home Customers)
£20 per hour in half hour increments.

As we are not VAT registered, there will be no VAT added to your bill.

Minimum Charge
1 Hour

Callout Charge
Callouts are based on distance from our office in New Aberdour, charged at £1 per mile, rounded to the nearest £5. As a guide, here are some examples:

Please note that when we visit more than one client in the same location, the callout charge will be shared proportionately.

Telephone Support
First 15 minutes free to existing clients. Longer telephone consultations are charged at £20 per hour in half hour increments

Payment Schemes

Pay as You Go
We invoice you for each job performed. Ideal for one-off or small repairs

Monthly Invoice
We invoice you on an agreed day each month for all work carried out to that date. Your account is then clear for the following month. Ideal where ongoing work is likely

Advanced Purchase
You purchase as many hours as you like up front (minimum of 10 hours). As work is carried out, it is deducted from your account at a discounted rate (£27.50 per hour). Helps budgeting by buying in advance

Discounts

Home Users
Special rate of £20 per hour for home computers. Minimum charge £20 per visit plus appropriate call-out charge.

Charities
Charitable organisations qualify for a 10% discount on all services and can purchase parts at cost price
