Inital Consultation FREE - Your first consulation will not be charged, and gives you an opportunity to meet us, and lets us see your current IT setup. We will make recommendations and suggestions based on this first meeting. (Business customers only. Please note any actual work carried out during the initial consultation will be charged as normal.)
Hourly Rate (Business Customers) £30 per hour in half hour increments. Minimum charge 1 hour.
Hourly Rate (Home Customers) £20 per hour in half hour increments. Minimum charge 1 hour.
Callout Fee Callouts are based on distance from our office in New Pitsligo, charged at £1 per mile, rounded to the nearest £5. As a guide, here are some examples:
